ABOUT JEN
Jen started her professional career working the world of Commercial Real Estate, where she managed teams of over 20 individuals at one time. While working in Commercial Real Estate, Jen became the only female executive at her company. She managed a team of over 20 people and led high-profile real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
Then 2008 happened (real estate crash and recession). It was the right time for Jen to start her wedding business. With the support of her husband and a complete lifestyle change, Fabuluxe Events was born. She built Fabuluxe Events into a company that has been featured in The NY Times, Modern Luxury Bride, Carats and Cake and was named A Party Slate Top 30 Wedding Planner in South Florida.
Personally, Jen has been married for 24 years, has two sons, 3 dogs and an unhealthy obsession with Diet Coke, trashy romance novels and Florida State Football.
After 15 years as a wedding planner, working with high-net-worth couples and their families, Jen saw a need for more real, authentic and deep conversations about how to build your wedding industry business.
When working with Jen, the focus will be on real day-to-day issues in your business. Growing your confidence, getting rid of impostor syndrome and building your most effective team. You will create short and long-term, attainable goals and have someone you will listen to you.
